Voici une recette de confit de vin liquoreux parfaite pour manger avec du foie gras mi-cuit.
1 bouteille de vin blanc doux(Ici un Gaillac)
300 g de sucre pour confiture

20 g de poudre d'amande
20 g de poudre de noisette
un peu de beurre
un peu d'huile
sel et poivre
